Court news for week of May 16

CONWAY – The following cases were heard in Conway's circuit court recently:

• A bench warrant was issued for Daniel Hurd, 24, of Madison for nonpayment of restitution regarding a charge of criminal threatening.

• A bench warrant was issued for Roxanne Cook, 27, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of criminal trespassing.

• A bench warrant was issued for David Cartier, 20, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol.

• A bench warrant was issued for Alexis Vaillancourt, 25, of Cornish, Maine, for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of theft.

• A bench warrant was issued for Zachariah Sanford, 25, of Albany for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of heroin possession.

• A bench warrant was issued for Larry Moody, 26, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding charges of falsifying physical evidence, bail jumping and criminal trespass.

• Marianne Patrie, 60, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $620, and her driver's license was suspended for nine months. She was referred to an impaired driver program. She may petition for early reinstatement.

• Burnham Quint, 44, of Madison pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and was fined $620 and ordered to pay $500 in restitution by signing over his bail money.

• Robert Blake, 20, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to reckless operation of a motor vehicle and was fined $620 and his driver's license suspended for 60 days. He also pleaded guilty to reckless conduct and was given a six-month jail sentence that was imposed and run at the same time as another sentence. He was given 14 days of pretrial confinement credit and ordered to be of good behavior for one year and provide proof of an anger management evaluation by March 1, 2017.

Blake was found guilty of domestic violence simple assault and sentenced to six months in jail with work release and 14 days of pretrial credit. He was to report May 20. Two charges of violation of protective order and criminal threatening were placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• William Humphreys, 51, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to two counts of violation of protective order and was sentenced to 18 days in jail.

• Courtney Jacklin, 23, of Madison pleaded guilty to theft and possession of Suboxone and was given a 60-day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Jacob Hammond, 30, of Effingham had two charges of domestic violence assault placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.

• Courtney Coffman, 24, of Conway pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to a year in jail which was suspended until May 3, 2019. She was ordered to pay $6,250 in restitution at the rate of $100 per month starting June 1.

• Ryan Daley, 40, of Berlin pleaded guilty to criminal threatening and was given a 30-day jail sentence with two days of pretrial confinement credit and the balance suspended for one year. A charge of domestic violence simple assault was placed on file without finding.

• Sherri Lindbergh, 45, of Bartlett had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Daniel Morril, 30 of Conway pleaded guilty to simple assault and was given a 60 day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Lee Ann Jenness, 30, Ossipee had a charge of trespassing placed on file without finding pending six months of good behavior.

• Anthony Carbonaro, 19, of Silver Lake had a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol placed on file without finding for 21 days.

• Naomi Kaiser, 25, of Bartlett had a charge of control or premises (knowingly having marijuana in her purse) placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and 20 hours of community service.

• Pamela Mansulla, 30, of Berlin pleaded guilty to theft and was fined $434, which was suspended for one year pending good behavior.
