Audrey Berry: Only TV access to state and local news

To the editor:

To say that I am upset with Time Warner and Hearst is definitely an understatement! How inconsiderate of Hearst to block ABC from the people of New Hampshire who are on Time Warner Cable. Don’t they realize this is the only access we have to state and local news? Or severe weather warnings? Obviously Hearst doesn’t care. Money is more important to them. If Time Warner goes alone with the demands of Hearst, we are the ones who will carry the burden of higher cable bills; a burden that will affect senior citizens on Social Security greatly!

I think Time Warner should take this into consideration also. Is there any way they can find another carrier for ABC? Please do something to resolve the dispute! Maybe it’s time to look into Direct TV!
