Availability is limited, but there are still a number of places where people can go camping in the White Mountain region, according to a survey of campsites by the New Hampshire Campground Owners' Association.
The list was released to The Conway Daily Sun on Friday morning.
Campers can learn more website at www.nhlovescampers.com. The association reports the campsites listed have "very limited availability."

Franstead Campground, Franconia
Goose Hollow Campground, Thornton
Israel River Campground, Jefferson
Littleton/Lisbon KOA, Littleton
Lost River Valley Campground, North Woodstock
Pine Knoll Camping Area, Albany
Scenic View Campground, Warren
Tarry-Ho Campground, Twin Mountain
Timberland Campground, Shelburne
Twin River Campground, Bath
Woodstock KOA, Woodstock
The State Park campgrounds are open and they can be reached at 1-877-NHPARKS or at www.nhparks.org. Many privately-run campgrounds in White Mountain National Forest have been closed due to the federal government shutdown.
