Grand Jury Indictments -- April 5, 2013

OSSIPEE – The following people were indicted by a Carroll County Superior Court Grand Jury on April 5, 2013:
Philip Mugford, 25, of the N.H. State Prison, was indicted on two counts of Class-A misdemeanor simple assault, Class A misdemeanor criminal threatening, Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest for alleged crimes in Madison in March.
Kyle Anderson, 25, of Dracut, Mass., was indicted on class B felony controlled drug act, acts prohibited, for an alleged crime in Tamworth in January.
Frank Drew, 17, of Tamworth, was indicted on three counts of Class B felony forgery, two counts of attempted forgery, two counts of attempted theft and three counts of theft for alleged crimes in Conway in December and January.
Rachel Babb, 40, of Tamworth, was indicted on Class A felony theft for an alleged crime in North Conway between October and November.
Robert Bean, 57, of Bartlett, was indicted on a charge of manufacture of controlled drug.
Christopher Bell, 24, of Intervale, was indicted on Class B felon in possession of a deadly weapon for an alleged crime in Conway in December.
Samantha Burns, 32, of Bartlett, was indicted on two counts of forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft for alleged crimes in Conway in September.
Kevin Carpo, 53, of Carroll County Corrections, was indicted on a charge of criminal threatening for an alleged crime in Conway in January.
William Cavanaugh, 24, of Conway, was indicted on two counts of felony felonious sexual assault for alleged crimes in Conway in February.
Licia Flagg, 31, of Conway, was indicted on Class A felony criminal liability for the conduct of another for an alleged crime in Conway between October and November.
Leon Garrett, 17, of Carroll County Corrections, was indicted on Class B felony criminal threatening for an alleged crime in Conway in January. Garrett was indicted on Class B felony attempted burglary for an alleged crime in Conway in January.
Michael Guillet, 49, of Albany, was indicted on Class B felony second-degree assault for an alleged crime in Albany in February.
Timothy Hodge, 22, of Carroll County Corrections, was indicted on Class B felony accomplice to burglary and Class B felony conspiracy to commit burglary for alleged crimes in Conway in March.
Marianne King, 49, of Moultonborough, was indicted on a charge of theft for an alleged crime in Ossipee between January 2012 and October.
Eugene Menard, 32, of N.H. State Prison, was indicted on two counts of Class B felony escape for alleged crimes in Madison in February.
Ronnie Prime, 52, of Keene, was indicted on Class B felony second-degree assault for an alleged crime in Conway in December.
James Sweigart, 46, of Lovell, Maine, was indicted on Class B felony reckless conduct for an alleged crime in Conway in August.
Alexander Turner, 17, of Glen, was indicted on Class B felony burglary and criminal mischief for alleged crimes in Conway in January.
Cory White, 23, of Conway, was indicted on a charge of theft for an alleged crime in Conway in January.
Defendants were scheduled to be arraigned on May 1. Indictments mean a grand jury found there's enough evidence to bring the defendants to trial.
