Arts association hires new administrative assistant

Laura CampagnaCONWAY — The Mount Washington Valley Arts Association, located at 16 Norcross Place in North Conway Village, has hired a new office administrative assistant, Laura Campagna. Campagna is excited to be taking over the association’s administrative office responsibilites and is replacing Fran Duncan who recently left for another position. Campagna said she is eager to meet and work with the Mount Washington Valley Arts Association’s artists and supporters and the community at large. She will regularly be working at the association’s Downstairs Gallery and office Wednesday through Friday from 10 to 3 and may also be there other times as needed.
Campagna moved to the valley in the last year from southern New Hampshire and is a Madison resident. She has extensive office administrative experience and previously was the assistant manager of the Cocheco Falls Gallery in Dover. She also has events planning experience and is skilled in networking and in dealing with people from all walks of life. She said she is passionate about the visual arts and likes setting up gallery exhibits and using both her organizational and artistic talents.
