Donald P. KennedyDonald P. Kennedy, 74, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012. He was the son of Michael and Catherine Kennedy and the brother to Michael and Theresa. He leaves behind his fiancée Karen L. Greig, nephews and nieces and many, many friends. He was born and raised in Chicago, Ill. He attended Saint Ignatius High School and the University of Illinois where he played football with the mighty Dick Butkus.Don was the owner of Kennedy's Pub in Ossipee and the owner of the first Indoor Tennis Club in the Mount Washington Valley before moving to Boston to have a successful career as an executive at TAD Temporaries. He loved the North Country especially frequenting the Shannon Door Pub with Tommy and Tess and enjoying the Kennedy burger at the Scarecrow Pub and Grill with George and Cathy.
Don's favorite hobbies included golfing, watching horse racing and spending time with friends. Don enjoyed his retirement years splitting his time between Florida and the Northeast while following his philosophy of living live to its fullest. He will be missed by all
