CHESTERTOWN, MD — On Sunday, May 20, 2012, Washington College, a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in historic Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore, held its 229th commencement ceremonies.
Emily Hess of Wolfeboro, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Peter T. Hess, was recognized for academic achievements and received a bachelor of arts in American studies.
