M&D presents 'An Evening of Broadway' Sept. 12, 13

CONWAY — Broadway's bright lights will shine at M&D Productions' "An Evening of Broadway" Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 12 and 13, at 8 p.m. when talented singers from around the valley perform familiar favorites and new Broadway melodies.

"An Evening of Broadway" features selections from shows like "Les Miserables," "Phantom of the Opera," and "Rent" along with other Broadway award winners.

"We've planned a combination of classic and contemporary Broadway tunes with songs from some of the newest musicals including "Bare", "Tick, Tick, Boom!," "The Last Five Years" and "Grey Gardens,"  Ken Martin, artistic director at M&D Productions, said. "The audience will recognize many of our singers from past shows here at M&D and from around the Valley including, Elaine Kondrat, Kelly Karuzis, Shelly Morin, Susan Goyette, Natasha Repass and a dozen others."

An Evening of Broadway is sponsored by Fields of Ambrosia a proud supporter of the performing arts in the Valley.

M&D Productions is located at 1857 White Mountain Highway in North Conway and features a concession stand that offers light refreshments as well as wine and beer.
