Barbara Hubbard Wilson

RANDOLPH -- A celebration of Barbara Hubbard Wilson’s life will be held at the Randolph Church, August 17, at 2 p.m.
Mrs. Wilson died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2007, at the Havenwood Heritage-Heights nursing home. As a child, she and her family summered in Randolph. After her marriage in 1945, she lived abroad for 25 years with her husband, Donald E. Wilson, who was an officer in the American Foreign Service, Department of U.S. Information Agency. In 1980, they moved to Burlington, Vt., and in 1976 they retired to Randolph, where she was active in the Randolph Mountain Club and community affairs until 1992 when they moved to Heritage Heights in Concord. She was predeceased by her husband in 1996.
